At Jan Brown's VALUBUILD Panel Homes Corp, you have the freedom to choose one of our 46 standard home designs and 14 standard garage designs or have your home custom designed based on your own plans, the choice is up to you. Another and easier option is to customize one of our standard models. We have designed all of our models with ease of assembly in mind so with a little imagination, you can completely change the appearance both inside and outside. Here are some simple yet dramatic and economical exterior modifications that you can make to any of our models.

Let’s start with a basic Colonial shown here with a 2 car garage:	Here it is with a wrap around porch:	Here we have upgraded to a 3-car garage and then added a reverse gable and valley to both the house and garage.

Here is a version with a stucco finish with decorative “quoins” as well as a reverse gable on both the house and garage.	This version has the entry at the gable end instead of the eave side as well as a front porch.

Here we have added a third story to the house and a second story to the garage with the use of a Gambrel roof (see Roof Trusses)
